How we will ensure that we have record keeping systems in place for the safe and efficient management of the setting and to meet the needs of the children that meet legal requirements for the storing and sharing of information within the framework of the GDPR and the Human Rights Act.

How we will deploy staff to meet the care and learning needs of children and ensure their safety and well-being. How we will ensure that there are effective systems in place to ensure that adults looking after children are suitable to do so.
