About Our Team
At Rainbows, we offer more than childcare, we provide a nurturing environment where young minds thrive.
Our highly experienced team includes Early Years Qualified educators and specialists in Special Educational Needs, ensuring every child receives tailored support to grow and flourish. Each child is supported by their own key person, someone they know on a first-name basis, helping to ease the transition from home into preschool life. We also have a dedicated Special Educational Needs Coordinator, ready to offer expert guidance and support whenever needed.
We believe every child is unique. That’s why our passionate staff carefully plan learning experiences around each individual child’s needs. Key workers guide children toward meeting important milestones across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping them grow in confidence, curiosity, and capability. Warm and caring, our team places children at the heart of everything we do.
Safety is just as important as development. All staff are paediatric first aid trained and fully certified in safeguarding, in line with EYFS requirements.

I have worked in early years for over 25 years. I love the awe and wonder of early years. Every day is a new adventure! From glitter to globetrotting, you never know what any moment will bring. When I'm not in preschool, I enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren, walking my dog and laying on a yoga mat.

I am a mum of 3 boys and when not at Rainbows I can usually be found in the woods with my spaniel, exploring and camping in our camper van.
